About LensSuite
LensSuite started with a simple frustration: learning photography and videography online meant wading through jargon, sponsored hype and ten-minute intros. We wanted a calm, well-edited place to actually learn — free guides, written by working creators, and gear advice you can trust.

The team

Gear Reviews Lead
Former camera-store technician. Arif runs our hands-on testing — every product he rates is used on real shoots for at least two weeks.
How we work
Every guide is written by someone who shoots for a living, then edited for clarity and fact-checked against real camera menus and settings.
We use every product we review on real shoots for at least two weeks. No reviews written from spec sheets or press releases.
We decide what to recommend first, and only then add links. Ratings are locked before anyone checks a commission rate.
When we get something wrong, we fix it and note the update at the top of the article.
Our affiliate promise
“We only recommend gear we'd tell a friend to buy. If a product isn't worth your money, we'll say so — even if it pays a commission.”
LensSuite is reader-supported and a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. When you buy through our links we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It keeps our guides free and independent.
